The Hype! Agency is a nationwide, full-service event staffing agency founded in 2006, rapidly growing in scale. As their talent pool continues to soar, and their database grows, they needed an efficient and reliable method of managing the information.

I lead the discovery and design phases of this project including competitor analysis, interviews, presentations, wire-framing, and prototyping. In three months I consolidated Hypes out of date organization tools into an all-in-one dependable internal platform. Additionally, I updated their external facing platform to increase form conversion rates and outmatch their competitor’s systems.
